Wilf & Henderson, P.C. was initially formed in 1948 in Texarkana, Texas as a full service certified public accounting firm. Over the last five decades, the firm has had a strong emphasis in financial consulting, financial statement interpretation, audits of business and corporate and individual taxation. The firm provides a full range of services to contractors, auto-dealerships, governmental entities and a host of other entities nationwide.

The firm is a leader in its profession, exhibited by its membership in the SEC Practice Section and the Private Companies Practice Section of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Such membership requires the firm to undergo a “Peer Review” of its quality control procedures every three years. An outside firm of accountants review our procedures and issues a written report on their examination.
