Carol joined the firm in 1998 after achieving an outstanding record as a student. She graduated Cum Laude from Southern Arkansas University with a BBA, in Accounting, and maintained a 4.0 GPA while receiving an MS in Accounting from Texas A&M University-Texarkana. Carol is involved in accounting and auditing engagements of non-profit organizations, vehicle dealerships, construction companies, and government entities, as well as various services in retail businesses.

She is a member of the Arkansas and Texas Societies of Certified Public Accountants, the American Society of Certified Public Accountants, and Sigma Beta Delta. She is also a member of the Sunrise Rotary Club where she serves as newsletter chair.
